  • Do you charge for a quote?

    Not at all, all our quotes are complimentary.

  • Can I buy packing materials?

    You sure can, we have a variety of different size packing cartons, bubble wrap, kraft wrap, butchers paper and tape.

  • Will you take dangerous goods?

    No we cannot. For insurance and liability reasons, removalists cannot transport flammables, gas bottles, explosives, poisons, corrosives, fire arms and other dangerous substances — even a mower or whipper snipper that still contains fuel. Make sure you separate such items from everything else to avoid last minute confusion when the removal team arrives.

  • What do I need to get ready before the removalists arrive?

  • Can you move me interstate?

    Absolutely! We travel interstate on a regular basis.

  • Do you have a packing service?

    We do, moving can be a stressful time, we have accredited packers and we can take care of all your packing and material needs.

  • Will you take me fridge and freezer full?

    No, the risk to the shelves and compartments breaking is just to high. You will need to defrost and clean your fridge/freezer preferably 12 hours prior to your removal.

  • Can you take my bbq?

    Yes we can, however due to health and safety and insurance reasons we are unable to carry your gas bottle unless it has been certified empty. Please do not empty it into the air or burn it off as we will not carry it.

  • Do you move plants?

    Yes, however due to the risk of damage please see our moving tips page here.

  • How do I pack myself?

  • Can you move me on settlement day?

    Whilst you may be excited to move into your new home as soon as possible. Moving on settlement day contains a certain amount of risk. 

    Most property settlements are carried out in the afternoon and a lot of times are delayed by hours and sometimes days. Please remember that if this happens our crews cannot unload in the dark and your items will need to be held over and delivered on the next available day. This will incur extra costs as we are unable to use the trucks to carry out other moves. 


    To best way to avoid this is to plan in advance and try to arrange your move for the following day, or the day before if possible.

  • Will I need a third man?

    Depending on the size of your removal, possibly yes, whilst the third man does come at a cost, this also means that your removal can be carried out quicker and in turn may cost you less over the long run

  • How can I pay you?

    We accept cash and have credit cards facilities available, direct deposit is available however the payment must be cleared into our account prior to your removal date.

    We will not accept personal cheques.


  • Can you take my car?

    We can! 

    We can arrange the transport of your vehicles, motorbikes and farm equipment. 

    We have car trailers, enclosed trailers and tilt tray trucks.
